LOVE this pink peony wedding bouquet

Pink peony wedding bouquets.  I just love them.

I think peonies are the sort of flowers which have an old-fashioned charm, but are very 'now' all at the same time.

I discovered this wedding on one of my favourite blogs Style Me Pretty and once I saw the bride's wedding bouquet I had to investigate further.  Apparently this was a DIY wedding with lots of budget touches (but no compromising on style).

Anyway, enjoy the photographs here.  I have to point out the monogramming on the young guest's wedding attire (sweet) and also love the inky blue bridesmaid dress - which sets off the pink of the peonies beautifully, as does the groom's ranunculus flower buttonhole.
