A colour theme that's perfect for the brides among you who like subtlety. Understatement.



Dusky pinks for the bride's vintage-look lace wedding gown. A delicate birdcage veil setting it off. Browns and bronzes adding contrasting accents.

A wedding bouquet that's dreamily romantic. Not the colours you'd immediately associate with a bride's flowers but oh, don't they work so well with this whole look.

I love the high flower arrangements on the wedding tables - lending a fairytale mood. And the gilt detail just adds that extra elegant touch.

The gilt theme continues to the chair covers - the perfect finish. And the bride and groom's chairs are that little bit different with bronze ruffled satin. Old-fashioned cabbage roses spill out of their arrangements, matched with trailing ivy to create a floral garden along the aisle.
